While it is undoubtedly most convenient to arrange a transfer or taxi in advance (the drive should take just over an hour), the Medea is relatively easy to reach by public transport. From just outside the exit to the arrivals lounge, take a marshrutka or minibus-taxi to Rechnoi Vokzal Metro Station, and the top of the dark-green line. The minibuses leave every five to ten minutes (less frequently late at night and early in the morning), and take 20 minutes to get to metro. Public transport links to Domodedovo are very good and, if you are not willing to pay for the convenience and comfort of a taxi or pre-ordered transfer, the journey to the Medea Hotel is relatively painless. Aeroexpress trains run from the airport every hour (every half-hour at peak times) and take just over 40 minutes to reach Paveletsky Station. From Paveletskaya Metro Station take the green line north one stop to Novokuznetskaya Metro Station. The Medea is under five minutes walk from the metro. If your flight is arriving late evening or early morning, your only option will be to take the marshrutka shuttle minibus from the airport to Domodedovskaya Metro Station (roughly 30 minutes).
