How do I get from the hotel to the Bolshoi Theater?

While taxi may be most guests first choice of transport for an evening at the Bolshoi Theater, it is worth bearing in mind that the start time for most performances coincides with the worst jams of Moscow's peak hour traffic. Guests should allow at least an hour to reach the theater by car, or alternatively take the metro from Dinamo Metro Station, around five minutes' walk from the Aerostar, and travel four stops south on the dark-green line to Teatralnaya, which is less than five minutes' walk from the Bolshoi Theater.
