How do I get from the hotel to the Kremlin?

The fastest way to get from the Akademicheskaya Hotel to the Kremlin is to take the metro from Oktyabrskaya Station one stop up the orange line to Tretyakovskaya Metro Station. Then, change to the green line and continue one stop to Teatralnaya Station. You can either exit the metro here and walk about ten minutes' west along Tealtralny Proezd and Mokhovaya Ulitsa, or transfer to the red line and travel west one stop to Biblioteka im. Lenina, which can be exited right next to the Kutafya Tower, the main visitor entrance to the Kremlin.
