By taxi

By train
Aeroexpress trains running from terminals D, E and F of Sheremetyevo go to Belarus Rail Station in central Moscow. The trains depart every half hour from 5am to 12:30am daily. The trip will take 35 minutes, and will cost around $11 for a regular ticket. For young children, discounts are provided along with the ability to purchase family tickets and first class tickets as well. From Belorusskaya Metro Station, take the brown circle line and travel three stops counterclockwise to Oktyabrskaya Station. From here, it is only a short walk to the Akademicheskaya Hotel.
By bus
For those on a budget, the bus connection to the metro is by far the most economical option. It is possible to catch a bus from any of the terminals to Planernaya metro station (on the purple line) and Rechnoy Vokzal (on the dark-green line). Buses depart every ten minutes from 5:30am and 12:30am every day. The cost $1-2.50 determines the speed of the bus which ranges from 30 to 60 minutes. From the Rechnoy Vokzal stop travellers should take the metro six stops south on the dark-green line to Belorusskaya. Here, get on the brown circle line and go counterclockwise four stops to Oktyabrskaya, which is only a short walk to the Akademicheskaya Hotel.
