How do I get to the hotel from Domodedovo Airport?

Domodedovo Airport is to the south-east of Moscow, over 50km by road from the Alrosa Na Kazachyem Hotel. In theory, the fastest way to reach the hotel is by taxi or transfer, but due the heavy traffic throughout Moscow, the Aeroexpress rail link is often quicker.

By taxi
The drive to the Alrosa Na Kazachyem Hotel from Domodedovo takes 90-120 minutes, and official airport taxis currently cost $50-$70 (depending on the type of car). If you prefer, you can book a transfer with a driver to meet your flight here.

By train
The Aeroexpress service runs from the station at Domodedovo to Pavelets Rail Station in downtown Moscow. Trains run daily every 30 minutes from 6am to 12am, and the journey takes 40-50 minutes. Standard adult tickets currently cost about $11. From Paveletskaya Metro Station, take the brown circle line and travel one stop clockwise to Dobryninskaya. Change there to the gray line and head north one stop to Polyanka, which is under ten minutes' walk from the Alrosa Na Kazachyem Hotel.

By bus
There are buses running from the stop between Exits 2 and 3 of the terminal building at Domodedovo to Domodedovskaya Metro Station in the south-west of Moscow. The trip takes 25-30 minutes, and fares are less than $5. From there it is a further 35 minutes on the metro with two changes (at Paveletskaya to the brown circle line and at Dobryninskaya to the gray line) to reach Polyanka, which is around 400m from the hotel.
