Occupying part of an elite riverside housing complex, the Aquamarine Hotel was opened at the beginning of 2010, and boasts 159 stylish and spacious guest rooms and suites, all with hi-tech amenities including WiFi Internet access, individual climate control, and in-room entertainment system. Elsewhere in the hotel, guests will find fashionable fine dining and a trendy lobby bar, as well as a small fitness centre offering exclusive Spa treatments. Business travellers are also well catered for, with two small but very well-equipped meeting rooms and a full range of superior business and concierge services available at the 24-hour information desk.

The Aquamarine Hotel is situated approximately ten minutes' walk from Novokuznetskaya Metro Station, on the borders of the historic Zamoskvorechye district, home to some of Moscow's finest medieval churches and the State Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow's finest art museum. While walking to Red Square will take around 30 minutes, the area around the hotel is packed with top shops, restaurants and bars, and the Aquamarine Hotel also boasts relatively fast access to Domodedovo Airport through rail link from Paveletsky Station, 1km from the hotel.

The only regular criticism of the Aquamarine Hotel (and the immediate surroundings) is that it lacks character, but the very central location and excellent value of room rates are likely to make up for this for most travellers.
