The Ruby Bar is the Aquamarine Hotel's lobby bar, and features stylish and airy contemporary interiors, with views over the garden in front of the hotel. In summer (May through September), there is also a summer terrace added to the bar, open 8am to 11pm. The menu features a range of snacks and light meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, teas and coffees, and an extensive wine list.
