How do I get from the hotel to the Bolshoi Theater?

Unless you are planning to take a taxi (for which you should allow at least 45 minutes to avoid missing the start of performances), the simplest way is to take the metro from Sokol Metro Station and travel south on the dark-green line six stops to Teatralnaya, which is around two minutes' walk from the theater.
