How do I get to the hotel from Sheremetyevo Airport?

Sheremetyevo International Airport is located to the north-west of central Moscow, approximately 35km from the Assambleya Nikitskaya Hotel by road. While the most comfortable way to travel to the hotel is to book a transfer to meet your flight, the Aeroexpress rail link provides a cheap and efficient public transport option that can often be quicker than a car.

By taxi
It should take around an hour to reach the Assambleya Nikitskaya from Sheremetyevo, although it can take much longer at peak times. Official taxis at the airport currently charge about $60 for the trip, or you can book a transfer here.

By train
The Aeroexpress rail link will take you from the station at Sheremetyevo to Belarus Rail Station. Trains run every 30 minutes from 5am to 12.30am daily. The journey time is 35 minutes and standard adult tickets cost around $11, with discounts for young children, family tickets and first class tickets available. You can then take the metro from Belorusskaya Metro Station and travel south on the dark-green line three stops to Teatralnaya, which under ten minutes' walk from the Assambleya Nikitskaya Hotel.

By bus
It is also possible to catch buses from all terminals at Sheremetyevo to Rechnoy Vokzal Metro Station at the northern end of the dark-green metro line. Services run roughly every ten-minutes from 5.30am to 12.30am daily, and cost $1-2.50 depending on the speed of the service (30 to 60 minutes). From Rechnoy Vokzal Metro Station, travel south on the dark-green line nine stops (20 minutes ride) to Teatralnaya, about 400m from the hotel.
