How do I get to the city center from the hotel?

It is over 50km from the Atlas Park Hotel to the center of Moscow. The obvious way to make the trip is to book a taxi, although this is likely to cost $80-100 per trip. The alternative is to take a taxi to Belye Stolby Station (about ten minutes' drive), and from there catch a suburban train to Pavelets Station in central Moscow. Services run at least every hour, and take 50-65 minutes. From Paveletskaya Metro Station, it is only two stops north on the dark-green line to Teatralnaya, for the Bolshoi Theater, Red Square, and the Kremlin.
