This outdoor restaurant operates during the summer months at the Azimut Moscow Olympic Hotel, occupying part of the green space that surrounds the building. The menu is based around meat and fish from the open grill, particularly shashlik – the Caucasian meat skewers that are an integral part of Russian summer passtimes.
