The main restaurant at the Kempinski Baltschug serves several functions. Decorated with simple traditional elegance, and featuring spectacular views of St. Basil's Cathedral and the Kremlin from its large windows, the Baltschug serves a buffet breakfast daily, the Kempinski's weekly Sunday Magnum Brunch, and a set-menu dinner. The a la carte menu, meanwhile, combines the menu of a traditional up-market steakhouse with top-quality imported seafood and Russian delicacies including a variety of caviar.
