As all three of Moscow's major airports are situated beyond the city limits, it will take around an hour at minimum to reach the Belgrad Hotel whether you choose public transport or the greater comfort of a taxi or transfer. Be aware also that Moscow suffers notorious traffic congestion, so public transport options are often a safer better if the timing of your trip is important.
