The hotel's main restaurant, the Kalinka serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Kalinka has been completely refurbished and restyled as an old Russian country house with a traditional stove. All food is prepared using environmentally friendly ingredients, and in the evening a folk band performs.
