By taxi
To get from the Crowne Plaza Hotel from Sheremetyevo will take around 45 minutes in clear traffic. Official airport taxis cost around $60, and you can also pre-book an airport transfer here.
By train
The Aeroexpress rail link runs from Sheremetyevo to Belarus Rail Station in the city center. The timetable is every 30 minutes from 5am to 12.30am daily, and the journey takes around 35 minutes. Standard tickets cost $10-15, with discounts for young children and families. From Belorusskaya Metro Station, travel anticlockwise one stop on the brown circle line to Barrikadnaya, which is around 20 minutes' walk from the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
By bus
Buses run from all terminals at Sheremetyevo to Planernaya Metro Station in the north of the city. The 817 runs from 5.30am to 12.08am, costs around $1, and takes 40-50 minutes. The 948 minibus shuttle is slightly faster, runs from 6.45am to 9.45pm, and costs $2.50.
