The smaller of two halls on the first floor of the Congress Center, the Valdai can be used in conjunction with the neighboring Seliger Hall and the large first-floor foyer as a flexible space for a variety of events. The spaces on the first floor all have large windows permitting plenty of natural light, and the 510-square-meter Valdai is ideally suited to large-capacity conferencing and presentations, with a full range of modern audio-visual equipment.
