The Derzhavnaya Hotel's Sonata Cafe is a compact and simply decorated dining room that is used to serve the hotel's buffet breakfast daily from 7.30am to 10am. Also on offer is a menu of simple Russian and European cuisine that can be enjoyed in the restaurant throughout the day, and ordered on room service. In summer months, the Sonata Cafe also offers outdoor dining on the Derzhavnaya Hotel's covered veranda.
