Redesigned and reopened in 2007, the Apple Restaurant is a supremely stylish setting for casual dining, with two rows of tables running the length of the restaurant and brightly colored walls with an apple-tree motif. The regularly updated menu is a simple but appetizing mix of traditional Russian dishes, pasta, international favorites such as burgers and Caesar salad, sandwiches, and rich desserts. Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients, and prices are by Moscow standards entirely reasonable. There is a set-menu business lunch served from 12pm to 4pm daily.
