The Panorama Restaurant is located on the top floor of the Golden Ring Hotel and, as the name suggests, offers panoramic views over Moscow's city center (all tables are sited next to the windows). The restaurant seats a maximum of 60 people and hosts live music performances every night between Tuesday and Saturday. The menu offers traditional fine dining, and there is a wine list of over 850 vintages.
