The Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya Hotel is housed in the smallest of the "Seven Sisters", the post-war Stalinist skyscrapers that dominate the Moscow skyline and include Moscow State University and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The building of the Hilton Leningradskaya is on Komsomolskaya Ploshchad, just north-east of the Garden Ring and around 3km from the Kremlin and Red Square.
