How do I get from the hotel to the Bolshoi Theater?

From Dinamo Metro Station, around ten minutes' walk from the Historical Hotel Sovietsky, travel south on the dark-green line four stops to Teatralnaya, which is only a few steps from the Bolshoi Theater. As most performances at the Bolshoi start during evening peak times, it is probably advisable to use the metro rather than take a taxi, but if you do want to book a taxi, be sure to allow at least 45 minutes to reach the theater.
