Trains arrive at Kiev Station from Kiev and several other European cities including Belgrade, Zagreb, Bucharest, Budapest, Prague, Vienna, and Venice. It is around 12km by road from the Historical Hotel Sovietsky.
By taxi
It should take no more than 30 minutes to reach the Historical Hotel Sovietsky by car, except in very heavy traffic. If you are willing to try negotiating a cab on arrival, the fare should not be more than $30, although it is probably preferable to arrange a transfer with a driver to meet your train, which you can do here.
By metro
From Kievskaya Metro Station, travel clockwise on the brown circle line two stops to Belorusskaya. Change there to the dark-green line and travel north one stop to Dinamo, which is around ten minutes' walk from the hotel.
