How do I get to the hotel from Domodedovo Airport?

Domodedovo International Airport is situated to the south-east of Moscow, roughly 55km from the Holiday Inn Lesnaya Hotel. Due to Moscow's often heavy traffic, the drive is likely to take at least 90 minutes, so it may be better for guests to use the Aeroexpress rail link, particularly at peak times.

By taxi
Official airport taxis currently cost around $60 (for an economy sedan) or $80 (for an executive sedan or MPV). You can also arrange a transfer with a driver to meet you at the airport here.

By train
The Aeroexpress service runs from Domodedovo Airport Station to Pavelets Station in central Moscow. Trains run daily from 6am to 12am every 30 minutes, the journey takes 40-50 minutes, and standard adult single tickets costs roughly $11. Then, from Paveletskaya Metro Station, take the dark-green line and travel five stops north to Belorusskaya, which is less than five minutes' walk from the Holiday Inn Moscow Lesnaya.

By bus
There are also bus services running from the stop between exits 2 and 3 of Domodedovo's terminal building to Domodedovskaya Metro Station. Regular bus and minibus shuttle services run roughly every 15 minutes during the day, with a more irregular minibus service running through the night as well. Considering the convenience of the train, however, there is no practical reason to use the bus option.
