The three stations on Komsomolskaya Ploshchad, around 5km east of the Holiday Inn Lesnaya Hotel, are the Moscow terminals for trains from St. Petersburg, Helsinki, Tallinn, and from Central Asia, as well as Trans-Siberian services and many other Russian intercity services.

It takes 20-30 minutes to get to the Holiday Inn Moscow Lesnaya Hotel, and taxis should not cost more than $20 if you are prepared to negotiate with a driver at the station. If you prefer, you can also book a transfer with a driver to meet your train here.
By metro
Take the brown circle line from Komsomolskaya Metro Station, accessible from all three mainline stations, and travel three stops anticlockwise to Belorusskaya, which is around 300m from the Moscow Holiday Inn Lesnaya Hotel.
