The Holiday Inn Vinogradovo offers a free shuttle bus service to/from Red Square and the Kremlin. Alternatively, you can take a taxi to Altufyevo Metro Station, about 15 minutes' drive away, and travel south on the grey line to Borovitskaya Metro Station (about a 30 minute ride), which is just over five minutes' walk from the Kremlin.
