By taxi
It can take up to two hours to get from Domodedovo to the Holiday Inn Simonovsky by car. Official airport taxis currently cost either $50 or $70 (depending on the size and type of car). For extra comfort, you can order a transfer with a driver to meet you.
By train
Aeroexpress trains run from Domodedovo to Pavelets Rail Station daily from 6am to 12am every half-hour. The journey takes 40-50 minutes, and standard adult tickets cost a little over $10, with discounts available for small children and families. To complete your journey, take the metro from Paveletskaya Metro Station and travel counterclockwise on the brown circle line to Taganskya (one stop). Change there to the purple line and head south one stop to Proletarskaya Station. It is about five minutes' walk from the metro to the Holiday Inn Simonovsky. It is also possible to walk the 1.5 km from Pavelets Station to the hotel.
By bus
Buses run from exits 2 and 3 of the Domodedovo arrivals terminal to Domodedovskaya Metro Station in the south-west of Moscow. There is a regular bus service running every 15 minutes from 6am to 12am daily. Tickets cost around $4, and the trip to the metro takes 25-30 minutes. There is also a faster ‘marshrutka’ minibus shuttle service that costs about $5 and also runs every 15 minutes, with less frequent service continued throughout the night.
From Domodedovskaya, travel south on the dark-green line one stop to Krasnogvardeyskaya. Change there to the light-green line, and continue north ten stops to Krestyanskaya Zastava Metro Station. The Holiday Inn Simonovsky is only 400 m from the metro.
