Kursk Station, the Moscow terminal for trains from central Russia (Kursk and Nizhny Novgorod), eastern Ukraine (Donetsk and Kharkiv), and some Sapsan high-speed trains from St. Petersburg, is about 5 km from the Holiday Inn Simonovsky.
By taxi
It should take around 15 minutes to reach the hotel by car, although the trip can take much longer during rush hour. If you are willing to negotiate with a driver on arrival, taxis should cost no more than $25. If you prefer, you can book a transfer with a driver to meet your train here.
By metro
It is a direct journey on the light-green line two stops south from Chkalovskaya Metro Station (attached to the mainline station) to Krestyanskaya Zastava, which is around seven minutes' walk from the Holiday Inn Simonovsky.
