By taxi
It takes about one hour to reach the Izmailovo Gamma by car from Sheremetyevo, although the journey can take significantly longer at peak times. Official airport taxis currently cost around $60, or if you prefer you can book an airport transfer to meet your flight here.
By train
Aeroexpress trains run from the station at Sheremetyevo (behind Terminals D, E and F) to Belarus Rail Station in central Moscow. The service operates every 30 minutes from 5am to 12.30am daily, with a journey time of around 35 minutes. Standard adult tickets cost a little over $10, with discounts for small children, family tickets and first-class tickets available. To complete your journey to the hotel, take the brown circle line from Belorusskaya Metro Station and travel four stops clockwise to Kurskaya. Change there to the dark-blue line and travel four stations north to Partizanskaya, which is under five minutes' walk from the hotel.
By bus
It is also possible to catch a bus from any terminal at Sheremetyevo Airport to Rechnoy Vokzal Metro Station in the far north of Moscow. Regular buses run from 5.35am to 12.49am and take around 30 minutes to reach the metro. Be sure to use the 851E service (as opposed to simply 851), to avoid a long journey with several suburban stops. Single tickets cost around $1. There is also a marshrutka minibus shuttle that runs the same route from 6.45am and 9.45pm, is slightly quicker, and costs a little over $2.
From Rechnoy Vokzal, travel south on the dark-green line nine stops to Teatralnaya, change to the dark-blue line and travel east five stops to Partizanskaya Station, which is around three minutes' walk from the Izmailovo Gamma Hotel.
