Kiev Station is the Moscow terminal for trains to/from Kiev and several eastern and central european destinations including Belgrade, Zagreb, Bucharest, Budapest, Prague, Vienna, and even Venice. It is quite possible to walk to the Lotte Hotel from the station, less than 1 km across the Moskva River, provided you are not carrying heavy luggage.

Taxis from Kiev Station to the Lotte Hotel should not take more than ten minutes, and should not cost more than $15. If required, you can order a transfer with a driver to meet your train here.
By metro
It is one stop from Kievskaya Metro Station (accessed from the mainline station concourse) on the dark-blue line to Smolenskaya, which is roughly five minutes' walk from the Lotte Hotel.
