If you wish to go from the hotel to the Kremlin on foot, it is a little over 2km but a very simple walk. Coming out of the hotel onto Ulitsa Pokrovka, turn left and walk straight down the street until it becomes Ulitsa Maroseyka, then Ulitsa Ilinka, and eventually emerges on Red Square. To get to the main visitor entrance, head north end off the square (the opposite end from St. Basil's Cathedral) and walk left through the Aleksandsrinsky Garden.
If you prefer to take public transport, walk to Kurskaya Metro Station (around 500m) and travel west on the dark-blue line one stop to Ploshchad Revolyutsii. From there, it is less than ten minutes on foot to the Kremlin gates.
