Location

The Marco Polo Presnja Hotel is located around two kilometers north-west of the Kremlin in a leafy, historical neighborhood of downtown Moscow well-known for its literary connections. Patriarchs' Ponds, a historic boating lake perhaps best-known from Bulgakov's Master and Margarita, is a few steps from the hotel and gives its name to the whole district.
