The drive to the Marriott Grand should take around 20 minutes, but can take much more at peak times. Taxis should cost $15-20 or if you prefer, you can book a transfer with a driver to meet your train here.
By metro
Alternatively, take the metro from Kievskaya Metro Station and travel clockwise on the brown circle line to Belorusskaya. Change there to the green line and travel south one stop to Mayakovskaya, which is around five minutes' walk from the Marriott Grand Hotel.
