Decorated in warm shades of orange with bright, cheery murals, the Maxima Irbis's Venice Restaurant gives guests the option of dining at the hotel well and relatively cheaply. The a la carte menu combines Russian, Italian and international cuisine, and there are set-menu business lunches offered on weekdays for guests on a budget. The restaurant can also be hired out for banqueting and events.
