These three mainline stations, where trains arrive from St. Petersburg, Tallinn, Helsinki, Central Asia, Vladivostok, and Beijing, as well as from cities all over Russia, are located on Komsomolskaya Ploshchad, a little over 15 km by road from the Maxima Slavia Hotel.
By taxi
If you plan to negotiate a taxi on arrival, you should not pay more than $35 for the trip to the Maxima Slavia Hotel. However, it is easier to book a transfer with a driver to meet you off the train, which you can do here. The drive to the hotel should take between around 30 minutes.
By metro
All three stations are served by Komsomolskaya Metro Station. From here take the brown circle line one stop counterclockwise to Prospekt Mira, change to the orange line and travel three stops north to VDNKh Station. The Maxima Slavia Hotel is 15 minutes by bus from the metro.
