As befits a hotel regularly used by visiting sports teams, the Mezhdunarodnaya has a first-class fitness center in the Atlantis Fitness Club. The club contains a large indoor swimming pool, a separate childrens pool, a gym with state-of-the-art weights and cardiovascular machines, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and massage services. The Atlantis has a number of highly qualified instructors on-hand to help clients. Entrance to the Atlantis and most of the clubs services are free to guests of the hotel. The club is open daily from 7am to 2pm.
