Kursk Station, the Moscow terminal for trains to/from central Russia (Kursk and Nizhny Novgorod), eastern Ukraine (Donetsk and Kharkiv), and some Sapsan high-speed services from St. Petersburg, is 5 km east of the Novotel Moscow Center Hotel.
By taxi
The drive to the Novotel Moscow Center Hotel from the station will take around 20-30 minutes in reasonable traffic, but could be much more at peak times. Taxis should cost $25, or to save you the hassle of negotiating upon your arrival you can book a transfer with driver to meet your train here.
By metro
Take the metro from Kurskaya Metro Station (attached to the mainline station), and travel three stops counterclockwise to Novoslobodskaya Metro Station, which is under five minutes' walk from the Novotel.
