If you choose to travel by taxi, the journey from the Novotel Sheremetyevo Airport Hotel should take around an hour, but can take much longer in heavy traffic (very common in Moscow). It can often be quicker (and certainly cheaper) to use the Aeroexpress rail link. Trains run from the airport station (about 100m from the Novotel) every 30 minutes from 5.30am to 12.30am and take 35 minutes to reach Belarus Station. From there, take the metro from Belorusskaya and travel south on the dark-green line three stops to Teatralnaya. Change there to the red line and continue west one stop Biblioteka im. Lenina, which is located right next to the main visitor entrance of the Kremlin.
