It is possible to walk to the Bolshoi Theatre from the Park Inn Sadu in around 30 minutes. Tale the same route as the Kremlin, but continue walking along Manezhnaya Ulitsa and across Manezhnaya Ploshchad. Use the pedestrian underpass to cross Tverskaya Ulitsa diagonally, and then continue right along Ulitsa Okhotny Ryad until you see the theatre on your right.
Alternatively, you can take the metro from Polyanka Station and travel one stop north to Borovitskaya. Change there to the red line and continue your journey one stop east to Okhotniy Ryad. Exit via Teatralnaya Station and you will come out a few steps from the theatre.
