Unless you wish to take a taxi, which will cost at least $60 one way, the simplest way to reach the Kremlin from the Park Inn Sheremetyevo is to take the Aeroexpress train from the airport station (about 300m from the hotel). Trains leave every half-hour and take 35 minutes to reach Belarus Station in downtown Moscow (standard single tickets cost a little over $10). Then take the metro from Belorusskaya Metro Station and travel south on the green line three stops to Teatralnaya. Change there for the red line and continue west one stop to Biblioteka im. Lenina. This station can be exited right next to the main visitor entrance to the Kremlin.
