Kiev Station is the Moscow terminal for trains to/from Kiev and several Eastern and Central European destinations, including Belgrade, Zagreb, Bucharest, Budapest, Prague, Vienna, and Venice. The station is a little under 5km by road from the President Hotel.
By taxi
To reach the hotel by taxi will take 20-30 minutes, and should not cost more than $20. For a more comfortable arrival, you can book a transfer with a driver to meet your train here.
By metro
It is a short trip from Kievskaya Metro Station two stops anticlockwise on the brown circle line to Oktyabrskaya, around 400m from the President Hotel.
