Trans-Siberian Restaurant

Designed to resemble the sort of elegant dining car that has not existed on the actual Trans-Siberian in anyone's living memory, this smart but fun restaurant has a number of charming design touches, including several "compartments" for parties of guests, and serves a great introductory menu for Russian cuisine novices. Simple classic dishes from all across Russia are prepared using top-class ingredients. All items on the menu can also be ordered on room service.
