How do I get from the hotel to the Tretyakov Gallery?

The best way to reach the Tretyakov Gallery is via public transportation. In order to reach Metro Station Bulvar Dmitrya Donskogo, take the Rus Hotel’s free shuttle bus service (or walk 15-20 minutes). Next, via the gray metro line, travel north 11 stops to Dobryninskaya Metro Station. Switch to the brown circle line at this point and go one stop clockwise to Oktyabrskaya. Once you are at Oktyabrskaya, change again to the orange line and go one stop north to Tretyakovskaya. The gallery is about 7 minutes away by foot along a well marked route.
