The Rus Hotel does not have any sport or leisure facilities on site. Guests wishing to use fitness facilities during their stay can try the Sport Variant Fitness Centre, around 20 minutes' walk from the hotel at 1b, Ulitsa Grina. Open 24-hour, the fitness centre has a large and well equipped gym, as well as sauna and beauty salon. There is no guarantee that staff will speak English.
