This formal dining room is traditionally elegant, with pristine white table linen. The menu offers a choice of fine international classics, all cooked to extremely high standards. There is also an extensive wine list. The restaurant serves breakfast daily from 6:30am to 10:30am (7:00am to 11:00am on weekends and public holidays), and also has a popular Jazz Brunch on Sundays from 12:30pm to 4:30pm. There is seating for up to 180 guests.
