By taxi
Official taxis from Vnukovo to the Soyuz Hotel will cost around $70, and the drive will take 40-90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. If you would prefer the security of a driver to meet your flight, you can book a transfer here.
By train
The Aeroexpress rail link runs from Vnukovo to Kiev Railway Station in central Moscow. Trains run every hour from 6am to 12am daily. The journey takes 30-40 minutes, and tickets cost a little over $10. There are children’s discounts, family tickets and first class tickets available. To continue your journey by metro, take the dark-blue line from Kievskaya Metro Station and travel two stops clockwise to Belorusskaya. Then change to the dark-green line and go north six stops to Rechnoy Vokzal. From there, take the 138 or 739 bus, and it is a ten-minute ride to the Soyuz Hotel, which has its own bus stop.
By bus
There are also bus services that run from the airport to Yugo Zapadnaya Metro Station in the far south-west of Moscow. Regular services (611 and 611c) operate from 5.30am to 12.50am daily at 10-15 minute intervals. The journey takes just under 25 minutes and tickets cost $3-4. There are also faster marshrutka minibuses (611b and 45) that run from 7am to 11pm. From Yugo Zapadnaya, travel north on the red line nine stops to Okhotny Ryad. There change to the dark-green line and go nine stops north to Rechnoy Vokzal. From there, take the 138 or 739 bus, and it is a ten-minute ride to the Soyuz Hotel, which has its own bus stop.
