Which visitor attractions are located near the hotel?

The best place to visit while staying at the Tsaritsyno Hotel is the Tsaritsyno Palace and Grounds. The name of this attraction is due to the relationship it has with the royal family as far back as the late 16th century. At that time, the parkland was owned by the sister of Tsar Boris Godunov. Later, Catherine the Great purchased the estate. The Empress’s love of architecture meant that the estate was to feature both a palace and extensive gardens. The palace was, unfortunately, uncompleted but this pseudo-Gothic marvel has been preserved for guests to enjoy through extensive restoration. The grounds are also quite lovely and make an excellent trip during the summer months.
