Despite its size and generally high level of amenities, the Ukraine Hotel does not currently have a fitness center on site. The hotel does have a beauty salon, offering hairdressing and other beauty services, as well as massage and sauna. For guests who do want to keep fit during their stay, the Atlantis Fitness Club at the Mezhdunarodnaya Hotel is just across the river from the Ukraine, under ten minutes walk away. Open daily from 7am to 2pm, and offering rates for single sessions as well as a range of membership options, the club has a large indoor swimming pool, a separate children's pool, and a fully equipped gym with modern free weights and cardiovascular equipment.
