Located on the first floor of the Universitetskaya Hotel, this simple and bright cafe, decorated with a few interesting ornaments, serves afternoon tea, coffee, and hot and cold snacks. It is also open till midnight for drinks.
Open daily from 12pm to 12am (Closed 5pm to 6pm)
