The Bar

Despite the Universitetskaya Hotel's religious management, it still has a fully functioning albeit very small lobby bar. A standard range of alcoholic and soft drinks, tea and coffee, and sandwiches is on offer.
Open daily from 12am to 9pm, closed at weekends
