The Universitetskaya's Superior Single Rooms have recently been refurbished, although they retain the same plain style as the hotel's older rooms, with pale walls and natural-wood flooring and furnishings. Entered through a small hallway, they measure ten square meters and have furniture including single bed, writing desk, and chair.
En suite bathrooms have bath with shower, washbasin, and WC.
